How to Prepare for Your Electronics Disposal

Before your crew arrives, a few things worth doing:

Wipe personal data from any devices you’re removing. We recommend a factory reset on phones, tablets, and computers. For hard drives with sensitive information, remove or physically destroy the drive before pickup, or work with a certified data destruction provider first. Once items leave with our crew, they go straight to recycling — not data recovery.

Unplug and bundle loose cords with their devices if you can. For larger or more complex setups, our crew can disconnect everything on arrival — just let us know when you book.
